Honorary Member
Honorary membership is for those who have been a CPA member via WhatsApp, Facebook or zoom for 12 months or more. As an honorary member you have free access to the CPA Portal in addition to all of the zoom webinars, access to membership content, free monthly zooms invites (and replays), free access to the CPA Deals WhatsApp group and access to the CPA support network on Facebook.
The portal is evolving bring to you all the tools and resources needed as your companion on this commercial property journey.
CPA Taster
CPA Taster membership is for those who are new to us and want to join the CPA network. This provides access to the CPA support network and CPA Deals WhatsApp groups, and access to the CPA support on Facebook. Membership is for 12 months then is on a rolling free contract until you want to delete your account. As a CPA taster member you have free access to the CPA Portal in addition to an invite to all of the monthly zoom webinars and events we run. Access to membership content which include the replays of all monthly zooms is available by upgrading to the family pass
Family Pass
Fast track membership by registering for a family pass. This is for those not yet part of the CPA community, you will be able to access the same content as honorary members and you will be gaining free access to tools, resources, content and access to partners who will assist you on your commercial property journey by being part of our network and platform.
You will have access to Earn & Learn programs where you are able to learn from experienced developers who can raise your level of education on a live project without having to spend a penny. In fact, you will earn a better return in an Earn & Learn project than if your money was sitting in your bank account.
As an additional bonus you will have a 30 minute Strategy & Commercial Success Advisory call with Elena Theodorou.
CPA Accountability Group
Get in early and join Elena on the next stage of her commercial property journey. She will be taking you on a journey over the next 12 months sharing with you how she maps out her master cocreating vision with commercial property. How she implments and some of the tips and tricks she utilises to achieve her goals and commercial success.
The accountability group will consist of one 90-minute accountability call every month where as a group we will meet both in person or via zoom if you prefer. Together as like-minded, focussed, and driven individuals we will share our progress, get solutions to your obstacles, feedback on your business direction, and to make sure you’re achieving your goals.
During every session you will get time in the ‘hot-seat’ where everyone’s sole focus is helping you move forward with your property business.
To further deepen your learning and knowledge we will have 2 in person site tours on live projects.
This is a new program which is being piloted so places are limited to 10 people, and it is an application only process. We are in a unique place in time, there are many opportunities and many excuses and reasons blocking you from your desire. In these sessions Elena will draw on her degree in Psychology, coaching and NLP training to disrupt some of the negative patterns hindering you and holding you back.

Property Development Mastermind

This mastermind is for you if you are interested in property development, already have property and are looking to invest further.
